  • What's the cost ?

    Your cost will depend on several things like;


    1. Type of pest problem.

    2. Severity of infestation. 

    3. Type of property ( residential or commerical). 

         One-Time service or Initial Clean-out, plus  
        follow-up treatment(s)/maintenance.


    In general, you will pay a clean-out (initial service) charge plus follow-up treatment(s)  for  pests like ants, cockroaches, bed bugs, mice, fleas, etc.  Pests like wasp, are usually a one time cost per event.


    Some service(s) are sameday, while others need to be scheduled to provide preparation time.

  • When I get my service done?

    Some service(s) are sameday, while others need to be scheduled to provide preparation time.

  • How to prepare for treatment?

    As part of our sale process whether over-the-phone or in person inspection, preparation instructions are given. You will get detail description on; 


    1. How treatment is done. 


    2. How to prepare. 


    3. What is expected of you before, during and after
       service. 


    4. Advise on sanitation and excluion where
       applicable.

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    Our pest control agreements are mainly to explain what your service covers. 


    We feature PayAsYouGo for most residential customers. 


    You only pay for the services needed  to solve your pest problem. 


    If you want preventive maintenance, you can get that on a monthly or quarterly basis. 

    We do require most business to get at lease monthly service, especially restrurants and grogery stores.

  • What about warranty or guarantee?

    We guarantee Monthly Preventive  Pest Maintenance plans. If pests comes back during monthly visit, we will return free of charge.


    We guarantee all work to be done in accordance with; 


    1. Industry standards

    2. Competence

    3.To be Professional with good workmanship.

  • What about safety for me, children, elderly/disabled and pets?

    1. We use EPA registered pesticides only. We use
        them in accordance to the label which is the law. 


    2. We always keep in mind you and your family
        safety when applying pesticides indoor and
        outdoors.  


    3. We pay particularly close attention where there
        are children, pets and the elderly or disabled.


    4. Please infrom us of any special needs. 


    5.  We ask that for most applications you make
        plans to be away several hour. We will advise on
        safe re-entry.


    6. We will instruct on what to do after

  • Do you have Itegrated Pest Management (IPM) programs for home, business and government?

    Integrated Pest Management (IPM) simply put, is a strategy of using multiple methods to bring pest control, or mangement to an acceptable level. It also includes using the least  amount of pesticides that is effective in getting the job done. Further, it lower the risk to people, pets, non-target pests and environment. It's a  practical and cost effective way of pest management.


    We provide IPM plans for home and business.
