House crickets, ground beetles, spiders, or millipedes invading your living space... you may need a one-time treatment. One-Time Calls are not for infestations. 

Most treatments will consist of spot and cracks & crevices liquid residual insecticides application. While the cost starts at $50, removal of stinging insects will be higher.

Residential (Quarterly) Preventive Pest Management

Perfect for homeowners who want to be proactive. Once you get your home free of pest and want to keep it that way.

Initial Clean-out, plus follow-up treatment

Perfect for infestations because they usually requires several applications or treatments over a longer period of time. 


With infestations, some preparation work might be need to be done like inspection, surveying and explaining what's done during, before and after treatment. If you (customer) need to do any preparation, clear instructions will be given before.

Mr. Cooper is the absolute best. I contacted him via his website one evening and the next morning at 8am he called me. Unfortunately we could not connect at that time so he sent me a text and said send over a picture of the bug when I was free. I did and when I called back later, he immediately provided details on the bug and treatment. We made an appointment for Saturday at 8:30am. At 8am he emailed me the invoice. At 8:20am I received a call stating he was outside even though I saw him pulling up at 8:15am. He came prepared with shoe covers and walked the entire home and spoke about the treatment and causes in full detail. He actually lowered the price since my square feet was less than he anticipated. He sprayed the entire home and even fogged my attic and garage. I paid and he left me a detailed packet of the treatment, bugs and receipt. Took close to two hours for the appointment. We spoke about follow up in 3-4 months, stated I would get a follow up email when it was time and could easily schedule. I am so happy to say that I have not seen any dead or alive bugs since Saturday!!!!!!! And I was seeing them daily. He is the best, so professional, informative, prompt and dependable.
